The Science of Anarchy II !

After revisiting the drawing from yesterday I attempted to improve upon it and ink it up. So here's a sort of repeat (not that anyone cares 'cause nobody leaves any feedback anyway!).
I must say though that this character intrigues me and I would very much like to write up a little story about him, but who knows if that's ever gonna happen?
